Mental Performance Coach

I work with athletes as a mental performance coach. This work is informed by my experience as scientist/researcher and by more than 20 years of working with volleyball athletes at the elite juniors and NCAA levels. I have extensive experience in guiding athletes to maximize their potential while being their authentic selves.
